Whether you choose our Three Sisters Event Center, Outdoor Pavilion, Wine Cave, or Amphitheater, Helwig Winery has an excellent site for you to consider.
We can make things happen for you whether you're having a family and friend gathering, celebration, meeting, seminar or party.
Our Event's team and preferred vendors work together to ensure that your event goes exactly how you envisioned it. From start to finish, our Coordinator will be there to answer any questions and work with you to execute every detail.
We believe Events should be pleasant experiences!
Depending on the spaces rented, Private and Corporate services include:
Event Coordination: Day of coordination.
All Inclusive: Tables, chairs, ivory or black linens, ivory napkins, china, flatware, stemware, salt and pepper shakers, custom outdoor bars, full AV (projector, podium and wireless mic). Complete set-up and breakdown of entire venue. Ask about our additional rentals to make your day even easier!
Wine: Wine suggestions and tasting, staffed bar service during the event. Wine is an additional purchase with no minimum or maximum. Ask about our Wine Club discount!
Customize your event by adding on a tasting in our Wine Cave!
If you choose to book your Private or Corporate Event at Helwig, ask our Event Manager about our exclusive discount on the beautiful Davancy Chateau. *Two night minimum.

Tuesday to Thursday – 10:30am-3:30pm
Friday – 10:30am-1:30pm
