Tasting Notes
Break out the teeth whitener for this one folks, and it’s so dense you could stand a fork up in it! Gloriously decadent… Black currant, mulberry, blueberry and rich dark chocolate. Hints of black pepper and Earl Grey tea on the finish. Tannin structure is bold but not too grippy on the palette. Decant for an hour if you can, otherwise pour vigorously and give it few minutes, it’s worth it!
